The Cape Foulwind Project

The Harrison family has a 70-year legacy of improving New Zealand homes and creating diverse living communities. Led by Patrick and his son Daniel, their project team works with local councils, communities, professionals, and Mana Whenua, Ngāti Waewae to develop sustainable and harmonious subdivision plans for their land holdings.

The land within the Cape Foulwind Project has been mapped out to include 12 different precincts that cover approx. 300 hectares of land, with access to walking tracks, and the Kawatiri Cycle trail that runs through the Cape Foulwind Project you can easily reach any of the sea, bush or lakes from your home. Extensive planting will be undertaken as each precinct is developed for living with community fruit trees planted here and there.

Our neighborhoods offer a range of residential options, from different sizes to varying price points, alongside mixed-use spaces and visitor accommodations. With the introduction of the Te Tai o Poutini district plan, we’re excited to build a thriving community that embraces sustainability and inclusivity.

As the Development Manager for this project Larry is committed to creating sustainable and excellent living options within Cape Foulwind and the Buller in general. Working as part of an inspired Project Management Team, Larry applies knowledge accumulated over 30 years’ experience in civil works and development to facilitate delivery of residential and a significant number of commercial & industrial developments.
